The first big December Season fest opens on November 20 evening with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan presenting it at its main auditorium on East Mada Street, Mylapore.
Infosys chairman R. Seshasayee is the chief guest at the inaugural event during which awards will be presented to Vishaka Hari and Gayatri Venkatraghavan.
Later that evening, Vishaka Hari will present ‘Krishna Vande Jagadgurum’ in the Harikatha format.
A good number of the top-end Carnatic music artistes will perform at the festival, open to all rasikas.
