All is well with a cow which collapsed on South Mada Street in Mylapore a couple of mornings ago.
The animal is said to have been feeding on some plastic and waste alongside this busy street and this seems too have affected its bowels; it collapsed in the middle of the road and onlookers looked on not sure how to treat the case.
Later, some men threw water on it, one fed it soda water and the cow was revived.
Onlookers said that cattle roaming in Mylapore’s inner areas tend to also feed on plastic trapped in vegetable waste.
