Vanavil Panpattu Maiyam has organised a music event to celebrate Bharathiyar’s birthday. Created along the lines of the festival at Thiruvaiyaru, five of his patriotic songs have been identified and will be performed by many musicians, says dancer Shobana Ramesh who is part of the team planning the event.
So far 150 musicians have signed up to sing. Interested people can contact Shobana at 9840094000 to participate.
