Sruti Laya Kendra’s 30th music festival will be inaugurated on Dec 9 at Asthika Samajam, Alwarpet. Veteran mridangam player Tiruchi Sankaran will perform at the event and will be presented with the ‘Sri Gowri Manohari Award’. Musician Trichur V. Ramachandran will be honoured with the ‘Sri Guru Surajananda Award’.
Endowment prizes will be given and senior musician Yogam Santhanam will be felicitated. At Venus Colony, 4.15 p.m onwards.
