Several books authored by dancer guru Dr. Padma Subrahmanyam will be launched at an event to be held at Narada Gana Sabha, Alwarpet on Sunday, Feb 4. A book by her disciple Jayashree Rajagopalan titled ‘Padma Mandala, a biography of a complete artiste’ will be released.
Other works on natya and allied subjects will also be released on the same day. A dance production ‘Tyagaraja Vaibhavam’, will follow. At T. T. K. Road, Alwarpet, 6 p.m.
