The office now offers forms on the terms and conditions of the lease proposed and these must be collected within 7 days from April 28 and sealed offers be sent before May 10.
Much of the properties under this Trust are managed by the Madras-Mylapore diocese based Trust and being prime parcels of land, attracted attention and controversy too in the manner in which they have been managed and adherence to the guidelines made by DeMonte.
