The 8th edition of the film festival on mental health ‘Frame of Mind’ hosted by the Schizophrenia Research Foundation is on in Alwarpet. The festival aims at raising awareness and dispelling misconceptions about mental health related issues with the screening of shorts and sensitive films Winners of contest on short films will be announced on Sept. 30, 5 p.m.
