Aalaap hosted the fifth edition of its annual quiz based on the performing arts at 136.1 Yoga Studio, Alwarpet last weekend.
15 teams participated in this quiz dedicated to classical music, dance, theatre and cinema.
The quiz comprised of a preliminary round and six teams qualified for the finals .
The winners of the the quiz were Savithri Muralidharan, Divya Anand and S. Rajarathnam. The winning team took home prizes worth Rs 9,000.
The first runners up were K Muruganantham, Harish Krishna, and S Shankar and the second runner up were Naveena, Ramya Nandakumar and Rajalakshmi Subramaniam.
The finals included a raga identification round.
The quiz was conducted by Sundararaman Chintamani and Jayanthi Sundar, residents of Alwarpet.
