Ahead of Karthigai Deepam on Dec 10, hawkers have started selling a variety of earthen lamps.
At this roadside shop in Venkatesa Agraharam Road, lamps, including agal villaku and pachamuga villaku are up for sale.
The price of a lamp (small size) starts from Rs. 20. Similar ones are also sold at the mada streets around Sri Kapaleeshwarar Temple.
