A Rangoli contest is to be held at Bhavanikuppam in San Thome zone this Monday morning at 10;30 am.
Held by Chennai Corporation and a NGO called Roots, it is open to all residnets of this area which is east of Leith Castle colony, facing the seaside.
The event is held to promote hygiene and medical measures to follow in pandemic time.
