The hawkers of dolls and images are back, slowly on North Mada Street, Mylapore.
A few stalls now display images of lord Krishna. Prices range from Rs.150 to Rs.1500.
Hawkers say that while more stalls will pop up for the festivals ahead, they will be wary about possible regulations and also the spells of hard rain that disrupt their business.
