N G Ravie, a popular seller of text and notebooks and stationery in Mylapore passed away on Sept.27.
He was a partner of Ravi Book House of South Mada Street in Mylapore. The shop shut down at this location and moved to a space on Sundareswarar Street.
Ravie carried on this business that was started by his father.
He resided in V C Garden, near Sai Baba Temple.
