Sundaram Finance has been maintaining the Nageswara Rao Park in Luz for close to two decades. During this period, the company has undertaken several renovation initiatives including relaying the entire pathway.
For close to 15years, the Sunday Kutcheri in the Park, a mikeless kutcheri series was a regular feature on the first Sunday of every month. The company has also organised quarterly Art and Craft workshop for children.
In 2020, the signboard at the north end of the park had been replaced by a 25 feet neon sign board of Chennai Corporation.
Recently, two new sign boards have been installed at both the entrances of the park.
