The Mylapore Trio ( Amarnath, Surendranath and Aparna) besides Sugathan and members of Sri Sumukhi Rajasekharan Memorial Foundation conducted the 20th edition of Margazhi Bala Utsavam and the 19th foundation day anniversary recently.
25 cultural competitions were held via online – in performing arts, fine arts, academic arts. Children from India and USA participated and prizes were announced.
To commemorate the occasion, a Thyagaraja aradhana was celebrated by rendering pancharatna kritis at ‘Sri Sumukham” hall at the new residence of The Mylapore Trio situated in R. A. Puram.
Members, dressed in traditional attire took part in the event and dinner and sweets were distributed.
