To mark Maha Shivarathri, there are pujas and bhajans all through the night at the Universal Temple of Sri Ramakrishna Math in Mylapore.
It starts at 7.15 p.m. on March 1.
There is a homam at 4 a.m. on March 2 and prasadam at 5;15 a.m., says a note from the Math.
Public are allowed to the temple but asked to wear masks and keep social distance inside.
