A variety of fresh fruits and flowers were used to decorate the core of Sri Iyyappa Temple in MRC Nagar in R A Puram on April 14 and 15.
This was done for the Tamil New Year and Vishu festivals; the decoration is done every year.
A steady stream of people visited the temple since dawn on both days.
