Abhiramapuram-based Sankara Gurukulam has been conducting its annual Sankara Jayanthi festival every year in a grand manner.
The events include abhisekham, pooja, annadanam and pravachanam by esteemed scholars.
A Harikatha performance by Vignesh Chandrasekharan, disciple of the well-known artiste Vishakha Hari and Delhi V Sri Muthukumar is organised on the day of Sankara Jayanti ( May 6) at 6.45 p.m. at the Gurukulam iun Abhiramapuram.
