A raga-tanam-pallavi festival of music is on at Mylapore Fine Arts Club sabha, Mylapore hosted by Carnatica and Sri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha.
On June 18, 3 pm onwards, (the day is dedicated to guru Suguna Purushothaman). K Gayatri and Aishwarya Shankar are on stage at 3.15 pm, Neyveli Santhanagopalan at 5 pm and Bharat Sundar at 7 pm.
On June 19, 10.30 am, S Sowmya is on stage for a lec-dem on ‘art of tanam’. Sriranjani is on at 5 pm and Palghat Ramprasad at 7 pm.
