All India Radio’s Rainbow FM channel has been broadcasting Kalki’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ since July 1.
It can be heard Mon. to Friday, daily at 3;02 pm. It runs for 30 mins.
First produced for AIR in 2004, starring stalwarts like R S Manohar, this radio drama series was then the first of its kind and still attracts a legion of listeners.
It runs for 40 episodes.
Its current run will coincide with the release of the film by the same name, made by Mani Ratnam.
