Rasikas served tasty food after kutcheris at Bhavan

The sabha canteens are yet to open; foodies will have to wait till mid-December when all the main sabhas roll out their music and dance festivals.

But at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in Mylapore where its music festival is now on, the host serves some good food. For free, in small portions.

Sambhar rice, puliogare rice, curd rice and pongal are on the menu.

Rasikas get to savour this after the weekday evening concerts and on weekends, when concerts start at 10 a.m. the food is served at noon time.
