Sir Sivaswami Kalalaya Hr Sec School is organising a Pongal celebration on January 12 in the school campus in Mylapore.
A variety of events, including cooking pongal in a pot have been planned.
All students are to be involved.
The programme is from 10 a.m. to 11.a.m., says K. A. Sumathi, vice principal.
