Aalaap is presenting the performance of two artistes – Lakshmi Parthasarathy Athreya and Shashwati Garai Ghosh; the duo will present Anubhav: Deeper with Senses.
At Medai; the Stage in Alwarpet on April 6 (Thursday).
Anubhav, a production by this duo, ‘is all about the myriad emotions a dancer experiences, which evolves through many phases, through the years of her engagement with the art and the creative journey that is part of this process.’
‘Exploring through creative ideas and concepts’, Anubhav that will premiere in Chennai tomorrow, is a coming together of two classical Indian dance forms – Bharatnatyam and Odissi, and will unfold as solos and duet by these artistes.
The show is at 7pm and is 75 minutes long. Tickets for the event are priced at Rs 300.
