Every year, for Tamil New Year and for Visu, the management at Sri Ayyappan Temple in MRC Nagar decorates the temple exterior with lots of fruits and flowers, making it a pleasant sight for visitors who stream in in large numbers.
The decorations were in place on Friday morning.
The only discordant side of this effort is that many fruits are wrapped in plastic and hung here.
