Sir Sivaswami Kalalaya Hr. Secondary School conducted an inter-school R. K. Swamy Memorial table tennis tournament under various age categories for both boys and girls on July 15.
Players from15 schools participated.
The event was inaugurated by K. V. Srikanth, Raman High Performance T.T. Centre, Chennai.
Srinivasan K Swamy, CMD, R.K. Swamy Pvt Ltd., was the guest at the finale, held on July 17. The prizes for the winners in all categories were distributed by him.
V. S. Subramanian, the school secretary, M. S. Jayasri, principal of Sir Sivaswami Kalalaya Senior Sec. School, G. Pandian, principal of the host school, K.A. Sumathi, vice principal and S. Prakash, physical director of the host school were also present.
