City mayor R. Priya and her deputy visited the seaside colony of Srinivasapuram in Pattinapakkam on Sunday morning to take a look at the civic body’s operations against dengue illness in this part of the city.
Also present was Mylapore MLA, Dha Velu.
The mayor inspected the mobile fogging units deployed by the civic body which will go around thickly habited colonies in the GCC against mosquitoes.
In line with the campaign to hold fever-screening camps, the mayor also took a look at the camps that were on this morning in this densely populated colony. Many people of this area made use of the screening facility.
