Rotary club of Chennai IT City, Ramana Eye Centre and R A Puram Residents Association (RAPRA) jointly organised a free eye camp for sanitary workers, GCC staff, Urbaser Sumeet staff and watchmen and maid of this area.
The camp was held at Ramana Eye Centre, Third Main Road, R A Puram on Nov 5.
85 persons were screened at this camp.
Dr. C Senthil Nathan, chief opthalmologist of Ramana Eye Centre, guided his team at work here. 50 Urbaser staff were given spectacles, free of cost. Office bearers of RAPRA and Rotarians helped in organising the camp.
