Carol service and camp fire sets up Christmas mood at this San Thome church

The choir of CSI St. Thomas English Church, led by Anila Manoharan, the choir director and accompanist, presented a Christmas Cantata, ‘A Song Unending’ by John W Peterson, on Sunday,  December 17 evening.

The choir also sang carols, old and new, including ‘Silent Night’ by candlelight, the very popular carol.

After the service, a Christmas camp fire was lit by the presbyter, Rev. Anitha Christian.

Fun and games followed, with Santa Claus making a grand arrival, getting everyone into the Christmas spirit. The evening ended with a parish dinner for all church members and their guests.
