Buttermilk for civic workers. This community in R. A. Puram is reaching out

A glass of buttermilk is the most refreshing drink this summer.

And so Raja Annamalaipuram Residents Association (RAPRA) has arranged to give the local area Urbaser Sumeet workers who clean the streets a pack of  Aavin buttermilk every day.

There are 20 persons who are involved in cleaning 12 streets of the colony.

This year, considering the early start of the summer heat, RAPRA commenced distribution of free butter milk during forenoon and afternoon daily from April 1 itself, said a RAPRA team member.

This will continue till end May.

Residents vie with one another to contribute for this scheme., said this member.

RAPRA members Sundar and Ravikumar organise the distribution daily.
