National mathematics Olympiad training camp held in P. S. Senior school

A Indian National Mathematics Olympiad training camp was held in P. S. Senior Secondary School from January 8 to 11. 33 students from different city schools in Chennai, Pondicherry and Andaman & Nicobar Islands region participated after qualifying in the regional Mathematics Olympiad.

P.  S. Senior Secondary School hosted the camp and conducted the INMO exams in the campus.

Dr. Revathy Parameswaran, principal of P. S.  Senior  is the regional co-ordinator for Mathematics Olympiads. Students who qualify in INMO will participate in the national camp and become eligible for consideration to represent India at the International Math Olympiad.

The training was conducted by resource persons from CMI, students who had won medals in the International Olympiad in the previous years and experts from premier institutes, said a press release from P. S. Senior.
