“World No Tobacco Day” is observed on May 31 every year. This year Brahma Kumaris, Mylapore branch is organising a “Peace March” on May 30 (Saturday), to bring awareness to the public about the harmful effects of tobacco and drugs.
The march starts at 8 a.m. near All India Radio campus on Kamarajar Salai.
The Mylapore MLA P. Venkataramanan will flag off the march which will proceed towards San Thome and end at the Pattinapakkam traffic signals junction.
