Th councillor for Ward 126, Amirda Varshini has said that she and her team will be available 24/7 during the monsoon season to address serious issues in areas like Mandavelipakkam, Leith Castle Streets and parts of Mandaveli / Mylapore.
A note from her office stated – Ward No. 126 will remain operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the monsoon season to respond to public grievances, emergency situations, flooding, waterlogging, fallen trees, and other monsoon-related issues.
An emergency helpline number 8010000126 has also been set up for #Namma126 Ward to enable residents to report emergencies, monsoon-related problems, and other urgent civic issues.
Residents are encouraged to use this helpline for timely assistance and coordination with the concerned authorities.
