Quiet space for tired executives to unwind
The Brahma Kumaris, a pioneer in teaching Rajayoga meditation has opened a new branch in Mylapore recently.
This branch was opened specifically for corporate executives to unwind differently after a long day.
The new “Meditation Space” offers the one week basic course on Rajayoga through the week between 5.30 a.m. and 8 p.m. Advanced courses are also available.
There will be lecture cum video sessions over the weekends on positive thinking and self-realization.
The space also has a meditation room where spiritual aspirants can spend their time in silence, introversion and introspection.
A literature stall with books on Rajayoga, self -realisation, CDs and DVDs is available.
