AIADMK’s Mylapore candidate visits temple

Hours after the AIADMK party announced the name of former police chief R Natraj as its candidate for the Mylapore constituency for the state Assembly elections in May this year, the man was at Sri Kapali Temple in Mylapore.

He offered prayers even as the concert of Bombay Jayashri was on at the Navaratri Mantap. Natraj chatted with people who greeted him, hung around for a while and moved out.

Natraj joined the AIADMK some time ago and lives in Besant Nagar.
