A Bible exhibition was held at Our Lady of Guidance Church, Mandavelipakkam. The exhibition was held on September 25 and 26.
This exhibition was conducted on the occasion of Bible Sunday, says Fr. Vinodh, Asst. Parish Priest.
A competition was held to encourage members of the different associations in the parish to decorate and display the Bible in the church campus.
Seven associations participated in this competition.
Some used flowers, some used paper and some used simple materials to decorate the book.
On Sunday the winners of this competition were awarded with prizes.
The parish priest said that this was a way to encourage people to read the Bible as often as they can.
