Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, East Mada Street, Mylapore is conducting a lecture cum demonstration series on “The Art of Yoga and its Relevance”.
The lecture is undertaken by Swami Swaroopananda of Sivananda Sevashram, Madurai, assisted by Yoga Siromani A. K. Srinivasan, from May 3 to 6 between 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
