Art Potpourri from Mumbai will be held at Vinnyasa Premier Art Galery from Nov.3 to 20. 22 artists will present their show pieces. The gallery is located at 1st Main Road, CIT Colony, Mylapore.

Brahma Gana Sabha presents Dasyam: Servitude of the Lord, a thematic solo presentation by dancer Zakir Hussain on Nov.4 at 6.30 p.m. at Sivagami Pethachi Auditorium, Luz.
The chief guest will be L. Ganesan, National Council Member, BJP. This is held in view of the birthday celebration of Nalli Kuppuswami Chetti.

Chennai Fine Arts is hosting Tyagaraja Vaibhavam on Nov.3, 6 p.m. at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore.  B. M. Sundaram and Dr. Prameela Gurumurthy will talk about Nagaratnammal and Vellore Giridhar will present a vocal recital of Tyagaraja’s compositions.

Prithvi Harish, a student of Chettinad Vidyashram will present the mikeless Sunday Kutcheri in the Park on November 4 at 6.30 a.m. at the Nageswara Rao Park in Mylapore.  Prithvi will be accompanied on the Mridangam by TV.
