First Communion service is to be held in mid-August at Our Lady of Guidance Church commonly known as St. Lazarus Church in R A Puram.
The parish priest announced that children who are eligible for this key stage in a Catholic’s life will have to register at the church office and prepare to attend special religious classes to be held in the campus.
The service will be held alongside the annual festival of the church.
Also, a tour of religious sites in Europe including a stop at Vatican is being planned soon for this church community by a travel agent.
