Green Minds Centre, a company that focuses on the importance of a sustainable lifestyle, is organising an event to create awareness on the need to develop a culture of sustainability on Jan 9. The event will be inaugurated by the guests of honour – Dr. Santhosh Babu, managing director, Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation, M. Murali, managing director, Sri Krishna Sweets and Dr. V. V. Subramanian, executive director, Phyco Spectrum, Environmental Research Center. An exhibition will be declared open. This will be followed by a workshop on eco practices and waste management, Guinness World Record felicitation to schools that took part in the Green campaign and tips for holistic rejuvenation.
