The 1965 batch of Vivekananda College, Mylapore will be celebrating their golden jubilee, christened as Viveka-65, on June 21 at Alumni Club, R. A. Puram.
According to K. V. Ramani, an alumni and one of the organisers of this event, this is the first time that an alumni group will be celebrating its golden jubilee.
About 100 members are expected to participate in this event. Former principal of Vivekananda College, P. R. Vittal will be honoured.
