The C.P. Ramaswami Aiyar Foundation, Alwarpet had organised an inter-school quiz competition on ‘Architecture of Colonial Madras’ on Aug 27 at its premises. The quiz master was Dr. G. J. Sudhakar, prof and head of historial studies, C. P. R. Institute of Indological Research.
The team of Aswin Senthil Kumar and Siddharth Pillai from Chettinad Vidyashram, R. A. Puram won the first prize and S. Padmaja and Sukrishna Shankar of The Grove School received the second prize. The prizes were distributed by Dr. Nanditha Krishna, president of the foundation.
