14 year old K. R. Ashwin, a student of Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Kilpauk presented compositions of Muthuswami Dikshitar, Thyagaraja and Papanasam Sivan at the mikeless kutcheri held at Nageswara Rao Park, Mylapore on May 7.
Ashwin is learning music from N. Venugopal. R. Harikrishna, GM, Sundaram Finance, presented the certificates and mementoes at the event.
This monthly event is held by Sundaram Finance to encourage young upcoming artistes.
