Light-emitting speed rumblers installed on road off Marina

Traffic Police are trying out a new accessory to regulate vehicles at traffic signals junction off the Marina.

Recently, a private company has fixed speed-breaking rumblers on Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai, opposite the main gate of the DGP’s office campus. These rumblers not only slow down bikes and cars but also emit lights that simulate the traffic signals.

Which means they turn green when the signals turn green and red, when the signals calls you to stop.
