The Alwarpet branch of Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd. which is a scheduled commercial bank will be celebrating its first anniversary onDec.3.The bank has been targetting residents of the neighbourhood with its offers on savings invetsment and fixed deposits.
Says S. Suresh, branch manager, “Currently the bank is offering up to 9.25% for senior citizens on fixed deposits and 8.75% for others and in savings account they offer up to 7.25% on monthly interest basis. Our bank also offers recurring deposit, current account and NRI deposits.”
The bank has five branches in Chennai.
