Ashvita Bistro on Bawa Road in Alwarpet is open through the day because the core kitchen team resides on the premises.
Promoter Ashwin Rajagopalan says his staff follow the advisory and wear masks and hear scarves and the kitchen is kept neat and tidy.
You can order over phone and pick up the food pack at the gate; no entry to the premises.
The Bistro is open 8am to 9pm.
Says Ashwin, “We offer our usual menu of Thai, pizza, pasta and sandwiches.”
