Residents of C V Raman Road ( east side) confirmed on Friday that a woman resident of the area has been taken to hospital after she showed severe symptoms of infection. Later, the family members were also taken for tests.
There is no news of the outcome of the tests of the woman, who was a hawker on Mandaveli Street, where a popular store also saw three people affected by the virus.
