A ‘fever’ camp is on at Lady Desika Road (ward 123) in Mylapore. It will be on for an hour from now (10 am).
Residents of the area may visit the camp to get themselves tested for fever or other virus symptoms.
Camps are also scheduled to take place at other wards of the neighbourhood. Prior to the camp, Chennai Corporation nurses and animators will go door to door to inform people and mobilize them for the same.
Fever camps are where people with fever are examined closely and treatment advised. The camps are travelling from area to area as part of intensive campaign by GCC>
