The number of streets reporting virus cases in Mylapore again spiked on August 19.
According to Chennai Corporation’s data, 23 streets reported virus cases on Wednesday.
This after the neighbourhood just witnessed a marginal dip on August 18, with only 11 streets reporting virus cases on this day.
New cases were reported from streets including TTK Road, Mandavelipakkam Street. Slum areas like Srinivasapuram, KVB Gardens and Annai Sathya Nagar also had cases.
