Carnatic music concerts in garden setting in Alwarpet. Open to limited rasikas.

Sunaadalahari, the music promotion wing of Indira Ranganathan Trust, Alwarpet is presenting an edition of its December Season music festival.

This festival is a fundraising event to support music artistes and art forms impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

This music festival  offers limited in-person audience and a real-time live-webstreaming facility with an exclusive chat session for the virtual audience and the audience at the concert.

The concerts and lecture demonstrations are by eminent musicians like R.K. Shriramkumar, Dr.S.Sowmya, Dr. Sriram Parasuram, K Arun Prakash, Dr. R. S. Jayalakshmi, Dr. Rajshri Ramakrishna and Dr.R.Hemalatha.

The digital concert experience mode is enabled for rasikas. In addition to that, the concerts can be attended at Sunaadalahari’s own garden amphitheatre in Alwarpet.

Adhering to safety protocols and social distancing, the organisation plans to house a limited in-person audience of some 50 people. Ticket kiosks have been set up at the venue – No.52, C P Ramasamy Road, Alwarpet ( near Niligiris store)
