Some GCC-run clinics have begun offering the jab to 18 year-olds plus on production of their Aadhar cards.
None did so till about 10 am this morning in and around Mylapore saying that the state authorities had not yet given them orders.
But after 11 am, at least at the GCC clinic on Appu Street, staff said they had given the vaccine to youths and that they could come over after 9 am any day and get it.
