Sri Kumaraguru Street, which adjoins the south wall of Sri Kapali Temple is becoming a messy place.
Over a dozen homeless men who hang around the temple tank use the street corner to urinate or wash themselves.
Liquor bottles are also seen thrown in a corner.
Residents here say that these men look for alms though they seem able bodied and hang around and make a mess.
